Electric Proms
Yush, just so youz all know Goldfrapp were on the electric proms on the 22nd October, I knew they were going to be there but it sortof went to the back of my brain and didn't resurface until yesterday. Sigh, oh well, I saw it on BBC iplayer, and am currently downloading it, annoyingly it only keeps for 30 days because of the shitty DMR thing or whatever. And it expires tomorrow, I think Happiness, Clowns, and Ooh La La are on youtube but I don't think the others are - Caravan Girl, Paper Bag??, You never know, eat yourself, monster love, Can't remember what else. Alison toned her outfit down a little, eg wearing the usual smock-clown-dress thing, but in black satin, with no shoes. Haha. The choir had cool deery weird outfits and WILL was there!!! It's great but sigh I hope people upload all the others. This is just a quickie postiepoo while die thingie ist downloading. ing. ing ing ing. Heh. Riiight. I'll just go now. Bye.

I decided this was probably, though it is debatable, the most life-like image of Alison I own. I'm really upset because I have such a rubbish memory that, even though it was only 24 hours ago, I have forgotten nearly all of it already. However, it was the best thing I have ever seen, everything was better live and it was just SO WOW!! I think these were the songs performed:

OHOHHH yeeeahhh and she used THEREMIN!!! get in there... I don't think they performed Some people or Road to Somewhere, not sure, but I don;t think so. Besides, the above add up to 15 which is a nice round number so it would make sense. Pete Greenwood was ok but a little samey. Nice voice. Alison was ... so small and cuute. She was really sexy too, and maybe you need to be there to sense it - camera takes alot of the charm away. Not that she wasn't sex before but live.. yikes. (Her little fingers, awwww) I saw THE tatoo too... anything else to say... her voice seemed higher than usual, she sounded like a little child at times. So cute. So strange seeing her, I wish I could have seen Will too. I just want the whole thing to start over and to see it again. I'd pay a million it was a close to flawless performance the lighting was sooo cool and the beats and everything. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE them so much. Alison looked a little diff to what I expected in a very what I expected way. Weird. She looked younger. She wore the pink outfit, which rocked. OH yeah and while I'm preserving details, her glitter was on her left cheek for a change - my right. I think. Ahhh the memory is fading. Fantastic. Sorry, Phantom of the Opera you have been temporarily (cough) demoted. BEST SHOW EVER LOVEEEEE. sigh. I'll shut up.

but YES! I shall post it!!! It is, the Kappei, possibly doing a character song, singing!!! And! It is from one piece! AND!!! He is Usopp...!! AND!!Well wasn't that wonderful! Yes! Amazing!
Moving on to...Maissonn Ikkoku!!!! Ooh yeah, did yah know, it means "House of one moment"? Which, for some reason, just seemed really cute...ehehe. The plot is pretty slow moving, but it's good. Oh yeah, cathy, would you mind if I talked about stuff thats happening in it (maybe spoilers?) or not? Hmm...I dunno what really to say now. Okeys, byyee!!!!!!!!

. I find it harder to find nice male voices than female ones and Peter's is one of the few I really like - I confess, I only (so far) know and like a few of his songs but who knows maybe in the future I'll like his other stuff more. Such a feel good song, no idea why. I havn't done much plain "song posting" in a while so here one is! I hope you like it, gotta love his voice... grrr.. oh yeah and he was reeeaaally good friends with KB and there were rumours about "what was going on" according to my mum ages ago, but I am pretty sure it was just friends, she was with Del!!!
