Moof!
Yeah, moof. I suck at starting these things OK? I'll just find some random (hopefully interesting) obsessive stuff, stick it up here and hope you guys like it. Yuh. smile I have no idea how true this stuff is - but most of it prob. came from wikipedia.

"In the English adaptation of InuYasha, Tessaiga is called "Tetsusaiga" due to an error in the transliteration of the sword's name. In terms of reflecting the Japanese pronunciation of the name, the proper romanization is "Tessaiga." By the time Viz, the company that translates the anime and manga, had realized the error, it was too late."
I'd thought it was Tetsusaiga for ages....guess it doesn't matter tho, it doesn't really make much difference.

"InuYasha speaks with pretty harsh Japanese. He never uses honorifics and when talking to people he doesn't like, he uses "temee" and "kisama", both of which is often translated as "you bastard". He uses the former more often and the latter he only used once in episode 6. He does, however, stick with the standard "omae". He uses the tough masculine pronoun "ore", which suits his personality and strength. He also doesn't show respect to his elders, often calling them "-baba" or "-jiji", which translates as "old hag" or "old geezer", respectively."
I know there's no way to show this when they translated it, but I wish there was. I guess they figured the dorks who actually cared would go look it up on Wikipedia...heh..

Kikyo's name is the chinese bellflower, which (I think) is sometimes used in mourning. It translates as " unchanging love."

Yawn

See ya dudes

2nd Inuyasha Movie
A while ago I started watching the second Inuyasha movie. For some reason I can remember I stopped watching it (probably that the english dub was driving me mad). Now I've got all this time I might continue with it....
Definitly not as good as the series tho. I don't think Kagome would have the courage to be THAT......mushy....(wrong word?) then. Even, until recently (Mwhaha), she wouldn't be able to do that. But whatever. Now I'm now just looking for my excuse to have my "what is WITH teh english attack translations" rant. I'll restist annoyed .
Yeah!
Okay, I'm a loser. I admit it. I guess, now knowing that, you won't be surprised to find out I want this (not the link, the game): http://www.ear-tweak.com/iy_games/juso/
Yeah....thing is, I don't own a PS2, and probably never will. I'm actually surprised enough that they MADE Inuyasha games, but I guess spongebob squarepants has a game, so Inuyasha games don't seem so unlikely.
Annnndd.....uh....It just sounds kinda cool.
Sorry, that was probably infinitely tedious.
Bye.

I want to draw....
I've spent most of the day sitting around. Yush, I've been drawing. Yea, I had to have a go at that stinky art portrait thing . I'll come back, and people will be like " Yo, can I see your art thing" and I'll be all "yeah, but it sucks" and they'll say " wow, it really DOES suck." No, they won't, but for sure it will. I didn't come to moan at you all tho (surprise! tongue)
I really want to draw Inuyasha. Buuuuuut.....I've never done it before. Yea, I've drawn (but I suck) just never him. What do you think, should I give it a go...??
RAWR!
I luv that episode...and Kagome's so embarassed that shippo showed the whole village the reason why she fought with Inuyasha. Haha....
Here (http://www.furinkan.com/features/ , if you go to Inuyasha 10th Anniversary) You can see Rumiko Takahashi's 10 favourite scenes from Inuyasha. I wouldn't look, if you care about knowing what happens, but if not, check it out.
I liked it.
You know when you've been looking for a way to put something for ages, then someone does it perfectly? Thats what today feels like.
That sure was an airy-fairy post. Sorry, just in a wierd mood.

Come on, people...
Guess I'm just a little bit annoyed. I wasn't going to link, but otherwise you won't be able to see why I'm so pissed off. Okay....
This is the first reason: http://groups.msn.com/kikyohaters
This is the second reason: http://groups.msn.com/KagomeHaters
Okay, It's probably immature of me to go along (almost like telling tales, yea...) saying OH blah blah said this, and whatever, but I'm annoyed. JUST GET ALONG PEOPLE!! There is no point in getting so worked up about something that doesn't even exist. If it makes you happy, go for it, but to be angry...???! I don't particularly like (or dislike) either Kikyo or Kagome, but they're good charachers. You CAN like them both. Just because Inuyasha has to (or should) choose, doesn't mean you do. His choice, get over it. It's not so much the hating bit, more that people are making groups....Arggh!
Sorry, Guess I was more stressed than I thought?Argh!
(a bit later...)
I really like alot of the charachters in Inuyasha (I think Rumiko Takahashi put alot of thought into them) so I guess thats why I got annoyed. Sorry, I'll try to keep the rants down.
So, anyway....
I found out here (http://www.absoluteanime.com/inu-yasha/inu-yasha.htm - I felt a bit of a loser going on that site...) that Inuyasha is 5'6'' tall (according to "some japanese magazine")....just realized how wierd it is to say that... ouch. They also had these...

Bye!
